Clevedon School

November 2017

A new season starts in Clevedon School’s woodland …

corner mowed, raked and bramble roots grubbed

A patch previously cleared of brambles and nettles is strimmed again and any remaining bramble roots are grubbed out. This grass area now needs to be mown regularly during the summer by the school’s contractor.

Brambles and tree shoots are cut back to improve the view from the top of the woodland trail. A felled multi-stemmed holm oak provides material for forest school students.
